Returns & Exchanges

At LoveShackFancy, we want you to cherish your items, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, download and print the pre-paid UPS return shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in the original packaging with all tags attached and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
